My sister Kristie and I are going to France, Germany, & Switzerland for two weeks in November and December.  I am so excited!  I spent a month in Germany in my late teens but France & Switzerland will be new for me.

Kristie has been on Duolingo for three months learning French and German.  I've been on for about a month learning French.  I took both languages in school so neither are totally foreign to me.  I need to do better, however, and am slightly jealous of her commitment and progress.

We are planning on hitting the Paris hotspots but will also have time to explore other parts of the city.  After four days here, we'll take a train to Munich.  We'll spend a few days there and move on to Switzerland.

I've been on Amazon buying stuff to make our trip easier and more pleasant.  Examples include a travel iron, travel air fryer, paper sheets for laundry and handwashing, a mini fan for me,  an AirFly pro, and a few other items.

I'm so excited and can't wait for this long-awaited dream trip of mine to turn into reality!
